1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and VKStudios LLC, an Ohio company ("we", "us"), which makes and runs Very Lucky Collector ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in More → Settings.

3. Your content

Your collection, notes and photos belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. Don't upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to use.

4. Values are estimates

Market values in the app are estimates based on third-party data (such as marketplace prices and listings). They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They aren't offers to buy or sell, appraisals, or financial, investment or tax advice. Make your own decisions before buying or selling anything.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's data, overload or disrupt the service, scrape or resell the app's data, reverse engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party names and data

Game names, card names, card images and trademarks belong to their owners. Very Lucky Collector isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher, marketplace or price source. Card data and images are shown with credit to their sources.

7. Beta and changes

Some versions of the app are test (beta) releases and may have bugs or lose data. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from relying on values shown in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).

10. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app.
